To whom it may concern: Generally when I speak to marketing executives, they are usually successful in their marketing area. However, because of increasingly competitive markets and changes in the economy they are often frustrated with their report's efforts in one area or another.
For some, it's not being able to articulate the business pains that resonate with prospects or inadequate positioning in the market space. Others, are frustrated about their inability to balance mid range business opportunities with long term product roadmaps. Some are angry that valuable resources are squandered on new developments that prove to be unviable to customers and prospects. Still others are upset that feature rich solution sets aren't presented in such a way that customers can identify with them. Then there are those that feel that their marketing initiatives aren't properly executed in the field nor translated into revenue producing sales campaigns.
If you can relate to some of the above issues, I'd like to ask for an opportunity to speak with you and discuss these areas in further detail. This would allow you to determine whether we might have a fit that could warrant further exploration.
I bring to the table a unique combination of product marketing and marketing skills, combined with experience in sales and consulting. I've previously built a practice in the CRM space that identified key business drivers and product requirements at some of the largest US and multinational corporations. At Clarify I defined several new product modules, features and functionality that addressed specific market needs and differentiators. I have broad knowledge of competitive solutions in the CRM space. I've combined Sandler and Bosworth sales methodologies to create compelling marketing approaches that touch customer issues at their core and support the sales process. Messages have become too blended for customers and analysts. I can generate truly usable marketing tools that reflect recognizable, differentiated and easy to understand value propositions, address customer pain, but don't feature prospects to death.
I look forward to speaking with you about the specific requirements of this opportunity.
Sincerely,
Alex Hammer |
