Position demands qualified ACQUISITION PERSONNEL and/or CONTRACTS OFFICERS to support Procurement Section in the areas of pre-award acquisition planning, obtaining vendor quotes, financial management, tracking reporting, logistical support, technical writing, customer/contract liaison support, market research, preparing pre-award documentation, accruals and other procurement management and acquisition support services.
