Beyond.com, the worlds largest network of niche career communities, has an immediate opening for an experienced sales professional to serve as a champion for its product offerings. This individual will ideally have had experience at either Monster.com or CareerBuilder.com or another online recruitment portal. Working closely with sales team management this individual will formulate and execute sales strategy leveraging the strengths of niche career boards which excel at delivering quality, active and passive candidates to employers.
Requirements:
- Aggressively develop and execute a sales plan following up on employer leads, creating a pipeline of opportunities and closing successful contracts
- Identifying hiring decision makers at employers and developing long term business relationships
- Engage decision-makers in both telephonic and face to face sales presentations
- Suggest profitable and competitive entry points to secure new business
- Perform all sales related functions
- Assist marketing team in development of messaging strategy
- Experience at Monster.com or CareerBuilder.com is a plus
- Experience with online advertising sales is a plus
- Experience with SalesForce.com is a plus
- Proven track record developing a large account sales presence
- Aggressive style, strong work ethic and national sales experience
- Self managed and self motivated
- Possess an executive presentation with a persuasive personality
