SEDC seeks highly qualified candidates for a Communications Coordinator for our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA. Qualified candidates will have the proven ability to develop and manage customer communication, publication media and public relation efforts and materials for companies serving the electric utility industry. They should have the required skills, experience and contacts to effectively communicate the companys mission and values to stakeholders and to serve as an advocate for the company in a variety of public and corporate events and settings.
Requirements:
A college degree in Journalism, Mass Communications or a closely related field and at least 10 years of increasingly responsible experience in developing and managing customer communication, publication media and public relation programs and materials is highly desired. Certification as a Certified Cooperative Communicator is highly desired.
