We are seeking a highly qualified candidate for the following position:

HRMS Administrator

The HRMS Administrator is accountable for all Human Resource Information Management Systems; ensuring information is competitive, accurate and accessible. Plans, designs, develops, tests, implements, trains and troubleshoots automation projects utilizing dedicated Human Resources Technology. Responsible for the control, updates and maintenance of all personnel records and compliance with all related regulatory agencies. He/She has direct supervisory responsibilities over HRIS technical staff, all personnel records and files custodian staff.

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
Five years of proven experience in query writing with MS Access and/or other relational database report writing tools
Supervisory experience required
Must also have ability to work proficiently with MS Excel and should possess general understanding of data privacy issues, HR laws, and regulations associated with resource and data management
