Diamond Antenna & Microwave Corp., a designer of microwave rotary joints and Roll-Rings (the next generation slip ring) is growing in Littleton, MA. We need an extremely well-organized, self-starter to handle our inside sales/customer support efforts. Compensation and benefits package is highly competitive.

What You Will Do-
Efficiently manage multiple customer accounts and track progress of manufacturing purchase orders.
You will be responsible for internal customer service, assisting customers with technical product information, domestic and international quote preparation and sales order updates.
Collaborate with engineering, production and management to facilitate new programs.
Support and interact with our many sales representatives and technical staff.
Prioritize responses to customer requests and/or concerns.
Ensures customer documentation is complete and accurate before handoff; so that product development and production are successful and exceed customers satisfaction.
Review letters of credit and export licenses.
Maintain and communicate accurate sales reporting.

What We Do-
Diamond Antenna and Microwave Corporation is a technology design and manufacturing company. Our heritage product lines of microwave rotary couplers are used in radar and satellite communications antennas while the next generation in slip ring technology; the Roll Ring is used for transferring electrical power and signals in a variety of rotating applications. Both of these products are designed and produced at our facility in Littleton, Massachusetts.

Requirements:

What You Need to Apply-
Must be a team player, providing professional, courteous assistance in all facets of customer service. Prior customer support experience required.
Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities, as well as strong people skills.
You need excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task, and to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Must be self motivated to set priorities and manage workload.
You must have a positive attitude, be highly energetic, quick to learn and you must show innovative customer service skills.
Bachelors Degree
MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point experience
