My Client, one of the largest jewelry manufacturing company in North America, is looking for candidates who have worked in a manufacturing environment (does not have to be jewelry) with a strong background in inventory planning/ forecasting and/or production scheduling/ planning. Salary will be $35-40K depending on experience.
New York, NY 10011 Title: INVENTORY ANALYST
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and administer the product replenishment needs of all accounts by reviewing various reports. Process merchandise requests by reviewing all style variables while ensuring no delays occur. Liaise with other departments in order to ensure the timely fulfillment of customer replenishment orders. Review surplus units on a monthly basis and follow through on action plan.
Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS: College degree and five years work experience doing inventory and/or production planning in a manufacturing environment; or combination of education and experience. Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and PC skills. Knowledge using AS400 preferred. Must be detailed oriented and posses excellent mathematical aptitude.
