Must be able to trouble-shoot network elements (such as firewalls) to determine causes and implement fixes to ensure that network elements are discoverable thru SNMP. Must be able to properly configure SNMP to ensure they are discoverable on the network. Experience in Granite 6.3.0 and Granite 7.0 a plus Precision Experience a plus. Engineer intimately familiar with configuration of Cisco or Alcatel equipment. Documentation of network elements in Granite which includes prior work with Network Elements, discovery tools (Precision) 10-15 Years Network Configuration Experience Prior experience network element inventory a plus Cisco Certified a plus
