Madison National Life is a growing company seeking a dedicated Call Center Professional who enjoys offering solutions to our clients over the phone.
The qualified candidate will be able to function comfortably in a fast-paced, performance-based call center. The candidate will answer a variety of incoming calls from Policyowners, Agents, Funeral Directors, Financial Advisors, etc.

MNL is looking for an energetic, team player with strong telephone skills, and effective verbal, listening and written communication skills.
We are looking for a person with a minimum of two years of customer service, however call center experience is preferred. This person should also have a good background in Microsoft products.
