You are a successful customer service leader that is seeking to make an incredible impact company-wide through employing your call center expertise to not only influence the companys profitability. As the Training and Quality Assurance Manager for Credo Mobile in San Francisco, you will be a driving force behind delivering cost efficiencies while using high customer service quality to lower client attrition. In this role, you will be able to make an immediate impact, acting as our ambassador and liaison as you partner with our call center vendor, our marketing and analysis teams, and our Director of Customer Relations.

Your main goal as a visionary Training and Quality Assurance Manager is to effectively evaluate our outsourced 150 seat call center and to measure, monitor, and analyze their performance. Your background in closely monitoring vendor performance metrics including call reasons and call resolution will allow you to identify, report, and address training and quality needs. We will look to you to design and deliver a long term training approach while continually monitoring trainer and trainee performance. Experience in managing call center operations will set you up for success as we measure your ability to impact our quality scores, customer survey scores and overall satisfaction. Willingness to travel to eastern Canada on a regular basis is required, as you will be working with our outsourced call center vendor. Your desire to take initiative, harvest improvements, and make real changes within an organization will be met in this dynamic role.
