Encore Productions serves as the primary contractor for executing IBM’s events & trade shows. Producer’s responsibilities include: Coordinating all aspects of event creation, stage management of live broadcast, stage and webcasts. Coordination of venue/talent, research and collateral in association with show management company, executives, vendors, and IBM staff for 100+ events per year. Manage events with budgets exceeding $100,000 per. As account team lead facilitated growth of account from 8 to 20 professionals in one year.

Greater Tuna Productions
Director of Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities include: Generate and implement national advertising campaigns and budgets to coincide with touring theatrical shows, PACE Theatrical partners and Off-Broadway productions. Concept and direct television and radio spots. Coordinate print advertising placements associated with all shows. Develop comprehensive marketing, press kit and telemarketing scipts. Arrange and oversee advance and onsite interviews with media for each production. Televised Drawing and Events Specialist
Responsibilities include: Development of new sponsorship accounts with fairs, festivals, major and minor league sports teams as part of a $40 million ad budget with GSD&M Advertising. Produce live and taped televised programs for the Lottery to serve as training, informational and promotional purposes. Co-create, train and supervise a successful 22-person public relations “Ambassador” program. This aggressive campaign provided the Lottery over 200 promotional events in four major markets over an eight-week period resulting in a 13% sales increase. Concept, design and implement specific sales and marketing events within the promotional calendar. Provide participative management in developing event objective and performance goals. Work directly with vendors, advertising agency, executive staff and public on a daily basis. Maintain a demanding production, agency and appearance schedule. Primary announcer and studio manager for all Lotto Texas, Pick 3 and Cash 5 televised drawings. Shows are broadcast six days a week on 65 stations in 19 markets. Write and design compelling proposals for key corporate account sponsorship. Use creative talent to make these promotional efforts unique and memorable while providing a tremendous media value to the Lottery. Drawings Assistant: Originally selected from over 400 candidates to provide stage management and voice talent for all in-studio drawing activities and personnel on a daily basis including: tours, testing, and coordination with internal security and an independent audit firm. Emcee of several Texas Lottery game shows. Implement several key enhancements to Lottery drawings with a focus on game integrity and budget constraints within a government agency.
