**JOB OBJECTIVE: Computer Programmer/Analyst in the Software Development Life Cycle to improve efficiency and quality by using systematic procedures and QA procedures.
**TOOLKIT:

**ACHIEVEMENTS:
* As a team member developed a large pilot scheduling system, with CICS, which was evidently successful, as it was purchased by several major airlines and is still being used! * Performed a variety of QA tasks including analyzing student test scores, and determining military personnels benefits. * As a team member, maintained a hospital database, using SMS. * Converted 3 credit card systems to more user-friendly systems. * As a member of a trouble-shooting team, maintained automobile applications, and discovered and fixed an error in Month-End processing, and saved the company $500,000! * Worked as a Data Base Analyst to maintain existing IMS databases, using dozens of IMS utilities to attain most efficient storage usage. * Have spent much time testing new applications prior to production. * Was a Team Leader on several CSP projects, in which I supervised 3 programmers, and all projects were completed successfully on schedule! * Produced much documentation on many system: Online, Batch, Payroll, Inventory, Education, etc.
