Electronic Data Systems (EDS) Central Administration Team - ( Oct 2000 – Present)
Network Administrator, Single Point of Contact Help Desk Team – A true team player who provided first-class Network Administration and process development for Weyerhaeuser Company and Electronic Data Systems. Duties included providing administration of Windows NT domain accounts, Microsoft Exchange inboxes, directory permissions, group access permissions, SAP R/3 system account administration, and training new members on various processes within the EDS Help Desk. This Help Desk is directly responsible for $1.2 million worth of high technology computer equipment. Account Management included 42,000+ end users and 350+ servers for advanced server configurations. Trained newer members to the team and developed processes that were within the Help Desk. These were mission critical processes that were between third-party companies and Weyerhaeuser as the client. UNICCO is a company used for the corporate moves in the Weyerhaeuser Company’s headquarters region and this responsibility was taken in order to provide support with EDS and our client Weyerhaeuser. Participated in a Common Operating Environment rollout for Windows XP Professional and standard hardware configuration. Became a member of the Central Administration Team, which provides administration of client accounts, Microsoft Exchange inboxes, directory permissions, and group access permissions. In this position I have:

o Developed One IT Acquisition processes for Weyerhaeuser Company, developed processes for workflow management of IT hardware and software purchasing. Automated these processes through Remedy AR System and Microsoft Exchange engineering to increase ROI by 35%.
o Performed Tier II & III desktop support and also Windows NT Server engineering for advanced service configurations (WINS, DNS, and DHCP).
o Administered and implemented Microsoft Windows 2000/Active Directory for 2 years
o Trained in the account administration for SAP R/3 Systems. Worked with the Weyerhaeuser Companys Business Enterprise Process Support (BEPS) team to create and maintain User Master Records, SAP User Accounts, assign proper functional roles, make changes to an existing SAP account and address certain issues within those roles.
o Trained in the account administration of Mainframe MVS/RACF User ID’s.

United States Marine Corps – (July 1996 – July 2000)
Senior Networking Specialist and Small Computer Systems Specialist – Oversaw the administration of Windows NT Domain for 90+ end users. Set up print and file services for an additional 250 users during a range of military operations. Supervised proper maintenance records for over 150 pieces of computer related equipment. Successfully spear-headed the troubleshooting for the data department, and aided in the proper deployment of 50 laptops, 25 printers, 35 routers, 40 switches, and 60 hubs that were to be used in various armed conflicts around the world with 100% efficiency. Streamlined the managing of maintenance schedules by creating databases using Microsoft Access. Negotiated investments in new technology for the company.
