Amcor Rigid Plastics is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager, Injection Molding for their Allentown, PA facility.
This individual will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, installation and improvement of Injection equipment and support systems at the facility and for managing and developing the Injection and Shift maintenance teams. This individual will also be responsible for managing the movement of molds to and from the facility, tracking expenditures and labor costs, and recommending programs to eliminate identified problems, to improve labor utilization, upgrade facilities, and reduce costs.

Requirements:
Requires degree in mechanical or electrical engineering discipline and 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably with injection molding experience. Must have good working knowledge of high production machinery and facilities together with proven managerial experience. Hours of work: 7am – 3pm.
