Inside Sales Representative - base plus commission
Description
If you are a self-motivated and persistent individual who is personable and isn’t afraid of using the phone to close deals you are a good fit for our company. We are seeking a confident, determined and convincing Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
You will be selling multiple products over the telephone to Spa’s, dermatologists and other skincare professionals. To be successful you must be comfortable with making cold calls and developing relationships over the phone.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will contact existing customers, former customers and new prospects to introduce them to our product line and explain the benefits of our products.
You will be selling Business to Business,
1. Skincare products
2. Mechanical skincare treatment equipment (such as microdermabrasion)
3. Supplies
Requirements:
Some responsibilities for the Inside Sales Representative include:
- Outbound calling
- In-bound qualifications
- Estimating or quoting prices
- Assisting with credit, warranties, and delivery dates
- Arranging for delivery and installation
Qualities to be successful:
- Sales Driven Personality
- Able to communicate well on the phone. Must have good English skills
- Good writing skills
- Likes to use the phone
- Is okay working long hours in order to support both coasts
