Automation Service, the industry leader in remanufactured process controls since 1956, is seeking a highly- persuasive, self-motivated individual for our Outside Sales Representative in the Houston region. The individual will need to be effective at building close, supportive relationships with customers in order to sell the concept of remanufactured process control instrumentation and control valves in a business-to-business environment.

Requirements:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Solicit new contacts at industrial process plants to generate sales, repairs, and potential for recycling • Maintain and support existing accounts • Develop quotes and enter orders • Other duties as assigned
SKILLS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: • Four year college degree preferred • Ideal candidate will possess 5 years+ INDUSTRIAL outside sales experience
INTER-RELATIONSHIPS: • Work as an integral part of a remote sales team • Work extensively with customers outside giving presentations and meeting with customers • Communicate frequently with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Sales Management
WORKING CONDITIONS: • Travel throughout the Houston area • Company car provided
