REQUIREMENTS:
We are seeking individuals who have a growth mindset and want to build their own business, but enjoy a tremendous support network. Previous sales experience and current licensure a plus, but not required to apply we will help you obtain a license.
Skills/backgrounds associated with success are:
2+ years of Business to Business sales, sales management or sales recruiting experience, with strengths in relationship building and strategic sales approaches.
Experience attaining challenging sales goals.
Ability to identify and prioritize sales opportunities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, and ability to successfully engage all levels of customer base.
Self-motivation and drive; willing to invest time in developing client relationships.
