A Regional Manager serving the state of Georgia for Iroquois South, part of The Iroquois Group -- one of the oldest and largest networks of independent P&C agencies, with more than 1,800 members in 37 states. Agents with total annual premium from $500,000 to over $50 million join Iroquois for assistance with Market Optimization and to increase agency revenue, profits and value.
You will work independently but in conjunction with another Regional Manager in Georgia, enrolling new member agencies and serving existing ones. You will work from a home office and can reside anywhere in the state.
Compensation for the first 18-24 months will be a base salary plus bonus for each new member enrolled, transitioning to a share of revenue from your own profit center.
Requirements:
Seeking an experienced P&C insurance sales professional with strong selling skills. Must be entrepreneurially minded, well organized and a self starter. Sales or marketing experience with a P&C carrier in GA, and/or as an agency producer, is preferred.
