Water Power Technologies a division of Infilco Degremont Inc, our products are high-purity water treatment applications for Industrial markets. Systems are designed to produce the highest water quality with optimized process designs while meeting or exceeding specifications, thus providing the best value to our clients. Technologies include Clarification, Media Filtration, MF, UF, RO, Ion Exchange, Degasification and EDI.
Responsibilities:
Review client RFQ specifications and develop alternate process engineering & design strategies to meet the requirements of the RFQ. Create, discuss and finalize the optimum design, and develop the Process Flow Diagram.
Develop preliminary Piping & Instrumentation Drawings to reflect process design parameters and interactions within the team of Sales, Engineering and Production.
Make sizing, material and component selections and recommendations
Develop detailed Bill Of Material in concert with Engineering Production and Procurement
Develop “Best Cost Estimate” in concert with Engineering, Production, and Procurement
Prepare final proposal in concert with Sales to capitalize on AWS strengths
Manage customer interactions following proposal submittal. Includes responding to client questions and attending client meetings.
Prepare “As Sold” contract packages to include the team and follow through with the project during execution phases
Author technical articles and project case studies
Technical support for sales team during customer presentations as required.
Provide process applications training to internal and external groups and clients
Up to 10% travel US and International
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or related field with 3 years minimum experience in the area of assessing feasibility and generating proposals for high purity water treatment systems.
