PPT Consulting, a regional consulting firm specializing in People, Process and Technology solutions, is seeking a qualified Analyst / Service Manager with experience in the telecomm industry for a contract- to-hire position at a local client.
Requirements:
? Prior Telecommunications Industry experience ? Demonstrated project management experience ? Experience managing customer expectations ? Experience understanding, managing and resolving customer issues ? Experience working with internal ?customers? within an organization; responsible for technology delivery and customer satisfaction ? Act as a liaison between end users and internal telecommunications technologists - translate between both groups
Other Requirements: ? Demonstrated Telecommunications Industry experience ? Demonstrated business analysis experience ? Working knowledge of telecommunications technologies ? Qualified candidate will demonstrate attention to detail and possess strong analytical skills ? Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a self-directed manner ? Strong written, verbal, and active listening skills ? Demonstrated Team Player ? Ability to multi-task; able to effectively handle multiple priorities / responsibilities ? Demonstrated Problem solving skills ? Proficiency in using Microsoft-based office applications ? Bachelors degree
