We are currently expanding our customer service team and seek candidates with minimum 5-10 years in B2B customer service positions. we support a range of inquiries including technical software navigation issues, accounting and administration inquiries, troubleshooting,system performance, and customer training. .selected candidate should possess some supervisory/ leadership experience, engaging personality, technical competence and ability to learn new methodologies in a fast paced environment
Requirements:
5-10 years Customer Support experience.

Prefer experience with internet applications preferably in software, database applications, b2c, b2b,online advertising environments
Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
