The ideal candidate will have been a licensed as a registered nurse for a minimum of one year and have Home Health and/or Hospice exprience. The Triage nurse will be taking calls from HH and Hospice patients and families during the evening hours and/or weekends. They will Triage issues over the phone and assign nurses to make home visits when required.
