Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Logs in medical records to client files including mail, medical records, medical bills, hearing notices, discovery, etc. Schedules depositions, mediations, client appointments, referral lunches, client meetings Medical index and follow up on acquisition of medical records
Other Responsibilities Responsible to respond to and scan all incoming mail documents Prep files for depositions and mediations Confirm client appointments, depositions, and mediations New client intakes Closing files Take pictures of clients for file
