TEAM LEAD - CORPUS CHRISTI B2C (RELIANT)
We are looking for a team leader for our Corpus Christi office. The successful candidate will be required to hire, train, motivate and manage an expanding team of field sales executives. We are looking for someone who is eager to build their team from the ground up and has exceptional people management skills. -Previous experience training, managing and mentoring a 100% commission field sales team or at least 3-5 years field sales experience -Aggressive and entrepreneurial self-starter with ambitious career goals -Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate others -Ability to be mobile 75% of the time -Must pass criminal background check -Must pass drug screening -Must have own transportation -Bilingual speakers are a plus
